The Position

We help brands make better decisions before budget is committed.

Brand protection is often treated as a sequence of actions: monitoring, investigation, enforcement, takedowns, vendor reports. Those actions can be necessary. But without a clear strategy behind them, activity can expand without improving the underlying position of the brand.

Demirci Consulting focuses on the decisions that determine whether a brand protection program performs: which markets to prioritise, which vendors to use, where to investigate, when to escalate, and how to keep the program commercially efficient.

How We Work

We do not replace the operational ecosystem. Vendors, legal counsel, investigation firms, monitoring platforms, and enforcement partners all have an important role to play. Our role is to ensure they are selected, briefed, and measured against the right strategy.

We support brands at different stages: building a program from the beginning, auditing an existing structure, optimising vendor relationships, guiding implementation across markets, and helping investors assess brand protection risk during or before investment decisions.
